Description
Description:
Up for sale is a red wax repressing on Space Records by The Dundees featuring Carlyle Dundee. This vintage doo-wop/R&B gem features the tracks “Evil One” and “Never.”
Condition: The record shows light wear consistent with age but retains strong visual appeal and shine. Labels show some aging and handling marks (see photos). Still a highly collectible piece for serious doo-wop and R&B record collectors.
Provenance: This copy comes directly from the private collection of a Detroit disc jockey who was active during the golden era of rock ‘n’ roll. As with many of his records, you may notice subtle telltale signs of his techniques—such as carefully applied tape on labels to prevent wear or light etching of the release year—giving this disc an added layer of authenticity and history.
This isn’t just a record—it’s a tangible piece of mid-century Detroit music culture, the very vinyl that helped introduce teenagers to these sounds when they first hit the airwaves.
