Guaranteed original LP by DOROTHY ASHBY "SOFT WINDS" - Jazzland Records, JLP 61. This is the 1961 MONO pressing in stunning condition! The classic orange label is Deep Groove on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover (still in shrink wrap). The personnel: Dorothy Ashby/harp; Terry Pollard/vibes; Herman Wright/bass; Jimmy Cobb/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal MINT condition (beautiful gloss, no marks at all). Appears unplayed! Labels are pristine. The thick cardboard cover is in superb shape: bright and clean with tight seams, still protected by the cellophane shrink wrap! NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks of any kind, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. There are only two very tiny nicks on the front. The songs are: Soft Winds; Wind As The Wind; The Man I Love; My Ship; Love Is Here To Stay; I've Never Been In Love Before; With Strings Attached; Laura; The Guns Of Navarone; Misty; The Gypsy In My Soul.
