PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. WIGWAM were a leading early '70s European progressive outfit led by skilled Hammond organ & tasty guitar dressing complimenting well crafted complex arrangements & song writing productions... here's a *mint* copy of their DOUBLE LP, the epic "Live from the Twilight Zone" ...

Recorded only a few month before the known departure of key Wigwam members Gustavson and Pohjol, "Live Music From The Twilight Zone" captures WIGWAM at their creative height. The double album showcases pretty amazing underground-progressive rock themes recorded as their last live show with their mark one line-up. WIGWAM were known for delivering some pretty crafty live shows often not really playing a lot of their studio tracks but instead improvising and building on themes of other songs... someone once suggested WIGWAM were the GRATEFUL DEAD of Progressive rock !Fitting true to this state, WIGWAM open up side one with a shattering and explosive 17 mins expansion of "The Band's" "The Moon Struck One" which originally appeared on The Band's 1971 album as a 4 mins song!. Throughout all four sides the listener will find very tastefull heavy organ grinds and guitar soloing. Again a lot of live energy is put into the tracks centered often with heavy deep Hammond organ swells that kind of make your speakers resonate and vibrate.
Overall lots of improvisation here with Wigwam getting into some pretty heavy and tripped out grooves... without a question WIGWAM were something pretty special and one of our fav's from the Euro 70's prog era.
