Musician and Physician (no label, 1982). My favorite vanity press organ LP? The doctor's from West Virginia and he gets this amazing exotic Indian sound that kind of reminds me of that Mind Expanders, etc exploito psych stuff (but w/ drum machine). One for the "Incredibly Strange" music, etc crowd.
