Description
This auction is for a very nice box set of LPS titled "Dr. Demento presents The Greatest Novelty Records of All Time."
It is in a burgundy textured box sleeve. It is a 6 record box set.
The records in the box are:
1) Dr. Demento presents The Greatest Novelty Records of all Time Vol. I-The 1940's(and before)
2) " "- Vol.II-The 1950's
3) " "- Vol. III- The 1960's
4) " "- Vol. IV-The 1970's
5) " "- Vol. V- The 1980's
6) " "- Vol. VI- Christmas
It was released by Rhino Records and the album numbers are: RNLP 820, RNLP 821, RNLP 822, RNLP 823, RNLP 824, and RNLP 825.
The box is in VG+ to Nm shape. The LPS are VG+ to NM. Very little wear on the record sleeves.
Inside, you will also find a 15 page booklet and a piece that has Dr. Demento's autograph as well as the limited edition number, which is 15532, written in his writing.
My dad said he paid more than $50.

Just a little note: my dad has had these in a finished basement for the past 14 years. My dad is a picky person, so we weren't allowed near them.
