DR. DEMENTO RADIO SHOW Week of December 30th, 1985
This is an original Dr. Demento radio show on vinyl which was originally sent to radio stations to play on the air. They were not released to the general public and only a small amount of them were made.
Overall condition of the records is VG+, with both having some surface marks from a crinkled plastic sleeve but they do not effect the play quality. Side one of this set has considerable surface wear, more so than the other sides in the set, but I played it through and there were no issues in that regard.
A note about condition; these shows were sent to radio stations in very flimsy plastic sleeves, as was typical of the time. These shows were played on the air, then put into storage where they have been for the past 40 or so years. The sleeves sometimes crinkled and left portions of the disc exposed and even left marks on the surface of the records themselves sometimes. For the most part, they are in very good condition overall but some do have streaks and surface marks from their time in storage. I have play checked some of them in spots and the ones I checked play fine. If there are any particularly noteworthy issues with a given show, I have made it a point to put those in the item description. I have not done any detailed cleaning on them so they might pick up points once they have been cleaned up.
