This STEREO album was released on the ATLANTIC record label (UK) in 1968 with reference number 588147

We always strictly grade our records using the Record Collector Standard (Side A graded first))
DISC: Both sides of the disc are bright, clean and glossy.
To the naked eye on Side One there are no visible marks.
To the naked eye on Side Two there is a single mark across the first track that does not affect play.
I have played both sides of this disc and consider it to be a super example of a terrific album - it plays without fault.
COVER: The front only laminated cover is clean, there are several creases that are visible in the photographs.
The un-laminated rear cover is clean with no visible writings, marks or tears.
The original white Atlantic sticker (K40168) remains in place to the top right corner.
The spine is clean and strong, the printed detail (in white) is completely visible and easy to read.
I grade the cover as VG+.

'Gris-Gris' is the debut album of Dr. John. It was released on January 22nd 1968 and failed to chart in both America and the UK. It is now a sought after album

Condition gradings:
M - Mint - In perfect/As new condition
EX - Excellent - Sleeve and vinyl is used and shows only very minor (if any) signs of wear.
VG - Very Good - Sleeve will have obvious signs of wear/damage. Vinyl will have obvious signs of wear but will play with no major faults (although there may be some surface noise).
G - Good - Sleeve will have significant wear/damage. Vinyl will have a fair amount of surface damage however it will play with no sticks or jumps but will have significant surface noise
F - Fair - Sleeve will be badly damaged. Vinyl will have significant damage and may play with surface noise and may jump/stick etc.
+ & - may be used if an item is between standard gradings.
