On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Dr Strangely Strange called 'Heavy Petting' and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press LARGE 'Spiral' Vertigo label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPS EVER RELEASED ON THE VERTIGO LABEL AND SIMPLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  THIS IS ALSO THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH A 'LARGE' SPIRAL ON THE LABELS (LATER ONES DONT!)!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS LP HAS ONE OF THE MOST FRAGILE COVERS EVER MADE - WITH A COMPLEX 'DIE-CUT' COVER FRONT AND 'FOLD-OUT' FLAPS.  AND UNLESS THE GREATEST CARE WAS TAKEN, EVEN SLIDING IT GENTLY INTO A RECORD RACK, OR A INTO PLASTIC SLEEVE RESULTED IN TERRIBLE DAMAGE TO COVER (BY 'CATCHING' THE FRAGILE 'DIE-CUTS') - AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY 99% OF 1ST PRESSINGS THAT EVER TURN UP FOR SALE HAVE RIPS, SPLITS, OR MASSIVE TEARS ON THE COVER.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!  IT IS SIMPLY AWESOME - AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT MY INCREDIBLY CLOSE UP PICTURES!!!!  THE RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL AND IS IN AMAZING CONDITION, AND THE 'DIE-CUT' GATEFOLD 'FOLD-OUT' COVER IS SIMPLY AWESOME WITH ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE AT ALL!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS LARGE 'SPIRAL' VERTIGO LABEL, 1ST PRESS VERTIGO INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'DIE-CUT' GATEFOLD 'FOLD-OUT' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK Vertigo 1st Pressing from 1970 and is in AWESOME condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 6360 009 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press LARGE 'Spiral' Vertigo Label (see picture) and is a UK 1970 Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in AMAZING condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AMAZING!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!   The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent++++ if not MINT(Minus)!!!!  AWESOME RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Vertigo Inner Sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press 'Die-Cut' Gatefold 'Fold-Out' Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!!  The cover has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), NO rips, NO tears, NO splits, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO writing, and barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (virtually NONE!)!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not better and is simply IMPOSSIBLE to find like this!!!!  AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
