SERIES b/w BRENDA and JOHNNY - THIS CAN'T BE LOVE. 45rpm 7" VINYL DISC On DECCA RECORDS F.11837 FFRR TRUE HIGH FIDELITY MONO UK SINGLE 1964 WITH DECCA FFRR SLEEVE. ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING ON BLUE UN-BOXED DECCA LABEL WITH 4-PRONG CENTRE. Condition: VG+(light creasing, small sticker on reverse)/VG+(light surface marks, light spindle wear, small sticker mark on Side-A label). 

Original first issue of the monophonic version of the Dr. Who Theme from the BBC TV Series composed by Ron Grainer, realised by Delia Derbyshire, BBC Radiophonic Workshop b/w an unrelated pop music song arranged by Mike Leander.

This is a genuine very first UK release that is notable for the title credit "DR.WHO" that matches the Demo advance pressing credit, all later Decca issues have a "DOCTOR WHO" title credit.


Makes a great gift for any Radiophonics fanatic.
