Here on offer is one of Australia’s / New Zealand’s progressive jewels in the crown. Universal Radio was Dragon’s 2nd album and was recorded in 1975 on the prestigious Vertigo label 6360902 (Australian issue). This sought after and rare album features Dragon’s innovative progressive style with scintillating keyboards, brilliant guitar riffs and a great vocalist Marc Hunter. This album was the last of Dragon’s progressive era before they became a highly successful commercial outfit.

CONDITION

Vinyl – A clean surface. Some occasional crackles and pops most prevalent on the first track and intermittently on side 2. A good professional clean could well eliminate much of this minor noise. A very strong VG. Difficult to find in this condition these days.

Cover – Some ring wear, general edge wear, a small piece of writing on the front cover, clear tape along bottom of cover – VG-.

In all a most pleasing copy of this great progressive album which is now almost impossible to find. A must have for any collector of progressive / Aussie/New Zealand bands and Vertigo label albums.
