Original First Pressing!
This is an insanely rare piece – this is an original, very first edition of legendary material. And, this copy is STILL SEALED!! What an unheard of find! Comes in a black generic sleeve with a photo-copied cover sheet pasted over the opening – this thin paper paste-over is still intact; hence, this record has never been out of this sleeve. This could be the only known copy that is still hand-sealed. The album itself is a bruiser, with over 30 tracks of everything from alternate takes to old R&B covers to completely unheard, unreleased original songs. This is truly a ‘holy grail’ piece, and certainly one to brag about. The only dilemma is: Will you open it?

The record presumably grades to Mint, it is unopened & unplayed. The cover grades to NM with one very small tear in the paste-over – it is about ¼” long, not jagged, and clearly does not jeopardize the seal across the opening. I have tried to capture the tear in the photo, and it is very minor – please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Grading is done according to the Goldmine Grading Standards using the following scale: Mint/NM/VG/G/P with the appropriate + or - to further describe the condition. “Mint” is essentially new, and “Poor” is essentially unplayable. I do not use ‘Excellent’ in my grading model because Goldmine doesn’t use it, and it has no standard meaning. I have 19 years of experience with the Goldmine system, and grade conservatively so you’ll have no surprises.
