Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT) ~ Clean sleeve, has a tiny tear on the front top left hand corner and light touches of spine and edge wear. Sleeve displays no seem splits, and no deep lined creases, overall graded VERY GOOD+ condition. Lyrics inner sleeve clean with no tears, splits or creases, graded EXCELLENT+ condition. Record labels are clean, playing surfaces retain the full glossy sheen. Displays no visible surface scuffs/marks. Record graded NEAR MINT condition. Actual pictures are shown. *Record tested, overall plays FINE/EXCELLENT throughout. Emits some occasional low level background surface noise in places, but generally relatively minor.
