Matrix number N70Y-3970-1G (this is the Stereo press, and is side 2 of the original LP which was commercially released with the Cat number RCA Victor SF5134).
PLAY GRADES in EXCELLENT condition.
Original Poly-lined inner sleeve, no splits or tears, complete with original "sample record" sticker on opening edge (see pictures)
