DUFFY POWER - It Ain't Necessarily So / If I Get Lucky Some Day (Parlophone 45-R4992) - 7" - 1963
Nicely presented original pressing of this Parlophone 7" featuring Duffy Power's rendition of It Ain't Necessarily So backed by If I Get Lucky Some Day. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some very light superficial surface marks, a few fine, light hairlines and a few small, light scratches - nothing significant - see descriptions below. Please Note - the centre has been removed on this copy.
A-side: There is a small amount of background surface noise, very small, some small and a few smallish pops and clicks during the quiet intro, thereafter there are just some tiny ticks and an occasional tiny / very small click. Grade - VG improving gradually to EX-
B-side: There are a few moderate licks of squelchy hiss on the run-in grooves, but on the actual playing surface there are just a couple of very faint ones, some tiny ticks and an occasional tiny / very small click. Grade - VG+ improving quickly to EX-
Labels: Both labels are near pristine (see scan).
