Side 1/Side 2: Still in plastic bag, never opened, played before.
Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)
Front/Back: 5" top seam split, hole punch into top and bottom left, some scuffs, stain.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
