Description

Impulse! A-30

Original mono press from 1963 of landmark session. Bass and drums are provided by players from each of the principal's bands -- Elvin Jones, Jimmy Garrison, Aaron Bell and Sam Woodyard.

Vinyl is VG++*, with good gloss and a couple superficial marks that will cause minimal (if any) noise. Laminated gatefold cover is in excellent condition, with no cutout marks, seam splits or writing. The inside has a few small stains. Labels are clean (see photos below).

VAN GELDER is machine stamped in the dead wax.
