1968 UK 1st press copy of this highly collectable jazz rarity comprising little played vinyl, wonderfully impressive stereo sound quality, and eminently presentable original outer sleeve

Excellent plus plus (EX++) condition jet black sheen vinyl. Most would grade as "near mint", I am sure, and all that prevents me from grading unequivically as "near mint" are x2 faintest of faint 1-2cm scuff lines (so faint in fact that I can't get either to show on a photo - you will need to look hard with the vinyl tilted to the right angle in a bright light) on side 1 (one on A1 and the other on A2) - purely superficial, of course and not impinging at all on the stunning stereo sound quality. No other scuff marks, no wispy hairlines, flat, weighty - simply put a superb piece of vinyl and hard to believe that this record is now 55 years of age. The labels are pristine - not a single mark, not even the hint of a single faint spindle trail on either label. Clearly this is a record that has been very sparingly played, probably just a few times at most.  Fully laminated MacNeill Press excellent (EX) condition outer sleeve with firm and unscuffed edges including the spine (which does have just a couple of tiny "nicks") and with all spine text remaining fully intact. There is a thin strip of laminate lifting adjacent to the spine on both of the front and reverse sides, a very light 3 cm laminate crease towards the reverse side bottom left corner, some 1-2cm light laminate creases adjacent and perpendicular to the edges on both sides (x10 on the front side and x4 on the reverse side), and a very small area of non-obvious laminate lift at the front side bottom right corner. Each corner remains a near perfectly defined right angle with barely any rubbing on any of them, and the opening edges remain firm with barely any fraying at all. All colours, art work, and text remain in great condition - beautifully lucid and with great clarity. What an iconic LP cover this is! Near mint (NM) STEREO audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, clicks, interference, distortion or background crackle. Great tone with crystal clear vocals and instrumentation and every track a great listen - stunning sound quality, not too surprising considering just how little this record has been played. Fabulous cool and laid back jazz. Comes with near perfect condition original poly-lined "PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS" inner sleeve, correctly dated and with correct horizontal "British Patent..." and "MADE IN ENGLAND" text, with no edge splits, no age discolouration, no edge fraying and just a single diagonal crease in one corner
 Rare, highly sought after, and a wonderful addition to any serious jazz vinyl collection - surely there cannot be many better condition 1st press copies.   POSTAGE COSTS :

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
