Here it is-- the moment you've been waiting for...
The original 1979 limited edition sandpaper-sleeve release
of the stunning debut of Vini Reilly et al, "The Return of..."
As mentioned above, this limited run entered the realm of the
mythic thanks to the auspicious participation of many of the
early Factory Records suspects--including the solemn hands
of labelmates Joy Division.
This is a phenomenal album, and as you can see in the pics,
you will not find a CLEANER, FINER copy of this rarity anywhere!
I doubt any other piece of sandpaper in the world has ever
been so cared for before or since.
And now it's going on 28 years !!!
Please notice the pics-- the last four shots are each corner
of the cover.
I've never seen one of these anywhere else since i picked this
one up in the early '80s, wrapped in a protective
plastic sleeve, which
is secured inside the cardboard sleeve.
Please note, the vinyl on this one is not mint. It shows wear,
as i made this one of my most often turned-to records of
that decade.
But the cover sleeve is preserved as though new.

I have to part with it at a time of debt.
Please note that i'll also be selling my limited edition boxed
cassette version of the same record, with the sandpaper insert,
in mint condition!!(stay tuned)
