DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb..barely a sign of use...laminate nice and tight..rear lovely and clean..edges, corners and flipbacks all nice and sharp ...spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen' : EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful...looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen' : EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many .(This item being a case in point!) I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
