NEAR MINT Condition Sleeve, there is ULTRA ULTRA LIGHT single small crease line in the top edge of the sleeve BUT STILL EXTREMELY  NICE & CLOSE TO MINT (see scan for actual item)

This 7 inch, NEVER PLAYED AT ALL

MADE IN VERY SMALL QUANTITY, IT WAS AN ULTRA LIMITED VINYL PRESSING WITH OLY 2500 MADE.

First pressing with foldout sleeve with the ultra rare foldover poster sleeve with singles club form attached.
