These records are in excellent condition. They do have a few light spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are in good shape with just the spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides are very clean with little visible in normal light and nothing major at all. There are a couple of incredibly minor thin lines showing but these are very minor and overall they are very clean. All sides have a few more incredibly minor wispy lines visible under very bright white light, but not loads and nothing remotely serious. The records have no scuffs or blemishes and has a lovely vivid shine.
I play tested both the record and they both play very well. They both lay flat with little to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced is excellent with no serious issues such as skips, sticks or clicks. All the audio is easy to follow and clear overall with a nice defined sound. Saying this there is some light surface noise in parts, but nothing severe. I noticed this was at is worst on sides 1 and 4(record 1), but again this was minor and overall the audio was still very enjoyable. So overall two very clean records that play well for over 60 years old and produce a thoroughly enjoyable radioplay/story with only minor interference in places.
The two sleeves are in excellent+ condition and are both in a similar state. Both have only minor wear to the edges and corners and are strong all round with no splits or tears anywhere. There are no scuffs or pen marks anywhere and only a little minor creasing to the laminate. There is however some slight age related discolouring to both sides on both sleeves. Overall they are in great shape foe their age however and have no serious issues to report. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on their condition.
They include both their original plain white poly-lined inners which are in excellent condition. They have no splits, tears or pen marks but some slight creasing and mild age related discolouring/grubbiness.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
