Mega-rare archival collection of works from the 1910s-20s by the visionary artists of the Futurism and Dada movements, with some of the earliest recorded examples of sound art. The highlight is the historic recording of the amazing Intonarumori sound sculpture noise machines created by Futurist Luigi Russolo. Also included are early orchestral noise, experimental vocal/poetry, and sound art pieces by Kurt Schwitters, Raoul Hausmann, Antonio Russolo, Hugo Ball, Arthur Honegger, Tristan Tzara, Marcel Janco, Richard Huelsenbeck, and Giacomo Balla. Includes insert with clips of Futurist and Dadaist visual art. This lp is listed in the Broken Music catalog of artists' record works; it was compiled by composer and art professor Colin Fallows who runs the Audio Research Editions noise label and has worked with William S. Burroughs and Brion Gysin, and should be of interest to fans of Fluxus, George Maciunas, Joseph Beuys, John Cage, Marcel Duchamp, John Giorno Poetry Systems, and sound poetry.

Packing I pack professionally and with the utmost care drawn from years of experience trading vinyl internationally. I use new record mailers from Cameron Packaging (which I have determined are the best and most protective) reinforced with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap padding. All records are shipped with poly plastic sleeves and with the vinyl outside of the cover to prevent damage. All packages are completely sealed with strong packing tape covering all openings. Unless requested, no paper invoice is included in the package, both to save trees and to avoid customs difficulties. If you'd like your package done any differently, just let me know.
