Very Very hard to find!  - Vinyl in great condition for a 52 years old LP!

Dale Hawkins achieved lasting rock'n roll fame with one single; "Suzy-Q" featuring one of the most dinstinctive guitars solos of the pre-Beatles era from James Burton. As one of only a handful of white artists signed to the Chess/Checker label, he managed three more chart appearances, none of which helped this album sell more than a few thousand copies.  (Source: Goldmine Price Guide)

 

Description:  The cover has 3 smaller deficiencies included a handwritten date from a former owner. Check out the additional photos with the details!

Audio Grading:  listening with a Average of 65 Db on a Highend turntable with Ortofon MONO Pickup

Side A:

Between track 1 - 2. easy playing noises 

between track 2 - 3 two small ticks

between track 4 - 5  easy playing noises

Track 1.  two small ticks

between track 1 - 2  easy playing noises

between track 5 - 6  easy playing noises

 

All 12 songs on the LP plays perfect!   The Sound of the Mono is outstanding. The record is in fantastic condition. Very close to Mint- except the grading details.
