Description
This is the first U.K. pressing of the first "Damned" LP "Damned Damned Damned" on Stiff Records. Catalog # SEEZ 1. But what makes this one special is the rear cover which pictures "Eddie and the Hot Rods" along with a sticker apologizing for the "error." And promising to place the correct photo in all future copies.
Ther were only 2000 copies made with this error, which makes this quite rare considering how many "Damned" fans there are around the world. And how many collectors who would like to get thier hands on one of these. And why shouldn't it be you? Bid early and bid often for your best chance.
The vinyl is mint, no scratches or visual signs of wear. The cover would be mint also except for a diagonal fold on the upper right corner. There is no ring wear or breaks to the spine. The cover over all is VG+ only because of the crease.
I've been a Stiff Records collector for many years and I will be selling off what I have over time. Please look for future auctions for some very rare items.
