Dan Henry (and Annie's Singing Angels) Spooky Hallowe'en / Trick or Treat Holly Records H145 VG+/EX

Alright monster kids, fire up the haunted jukebox because I am going to be dropping some Halloween novelty records from the personal collection.  Many of these have NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE ON EBAY.  Un-comped?  Heck, some of these are barely on the internet.  As a service to the collectors community (and to preserve such rarities!) I have uploaded a side or two to youtube.  These are my rips from the record being listed.  All have been vacuum cleaned by me.

This auction is for the very rare regional novelty Spooky Hallowe'en / Trick or Treat by Kansas City's Channel 4 Weatherman Dan Henry.  This is from 1983.  No discogs listing, only one sales ever recorded on ebay. No known audio...until now! 
Note, some copies of this apparently had a picture sleeve, this copy does not have it.  Information on this is scarce at best!
