· Cover- pretty bad
· Discs- not great either
NOTES: Okay, okay- if you’re a huge Beatles fan looking for this release in good shape to add to the collection, MOVE ON! This will appeal to fans of Daniel Johnston only I would think. I worked at a record store in Houston that Daniel frequented in the mid-2000s and this is one of the records he traded into us. As you can see, he personally made the cover! He glued on the photo and wrote the title etc. You can tell by his trademark E’s. He would go through phases where he would buy out entire sections by artists and collect only certain bands. He never passed up a Butthole Surfers record, ever and he’s a HUGE Beatles fan.
Need further proof? I have an autographed Respect 10” up for sale that I had him sign at some point too. This is 100% authentic. Check my other auctions for that 10” and another Beatles custom cover job too! PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT ACTUALLY AUTOGRAPHED BY DANIEL!
