Record is VG+ with some light markings that should not affect audio quality and there may be some light surface noise in places that should not overpower the sound; Sleeve is VG+ with some light ringwear and shelfwear on the front and back, a ding on the lower front right/back left corner, small dings on the upper corners, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (see pictures)
