All records are carefully inspected and graded. All flaws are noted in the condition description. I am in general very critical and tend to grade lower than the actual condition is. Records are cleaned before sending. Also i play-test on a couple of songs to ensure it runs smoothly and to hear the quality of sound is as it should be.
Packaged tightly inside a postage sleeve to prevent seam-splits and sliding around during transport. Records will be carefully packaged and send only via registered, ensured postage method. Expensive records (>50€) and shellac will be sent in a big box with lotsa stuffing (double-boxing).
In case i missed something / there is something wrong with the record please contact me and we will figure out a compensation or return.

Alle Schallplatten werden sorgfältig inspiziert und bewertet. Alle Mängel werden in der Zustands-Beschreibung vermerkt. Ich reinige grundsätzlich die Platten und höre rein, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sauber laufen und die Soundqualität passt. Ich bin generell kritisch und tendiere zum niedrigeren Grading als der tatsächliche Zustand ist.
Die Schallplatten werden sorgfältig verpackt: Verpackung erfolgt so, dass die Platte beim Transport nicht herumrutschen kann oder Seam-Splits entstehen. Der Versand erfolgt ausschliesslich versichert und mit Sendungsverfolgung. Höherpreisige Tonträger (> 50€) und Schellack-Platten werden in einem grossen Paket mit reichlich Einlage (doppel-boxing) versendet.
