PLEASE READ THIS PART VERY THOROUGHLY---This 45 RPM, Danny and the Juniors "At the Hop" was sold previously and returned. The buyer said it was "nothing as stated in auction", "has bad scratches both sides you can feel" "I know if played it will skip" "according to his description it should look like new" "Cover worse then he stated as will " MOST OF THIS IS FALSE. I will agree that the record is not NM to M only because I took this record to a reputable dealer in vinyl 45 records to have it evaluated. "Jack" examined it carefully, both sides; washed it both sides, and played it. He found no scratches at all, and it played very well. THIS DEALER SAYS NO RECORD IS NM OR M UNLESS IT IS SEALED COMING OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE. He also said while this record looks like new, because it is a used record it cannot be graded NM or M or even Excellent. His evaluation was to grade it VG+. In my listing I said the "original picture sleeve is split on three corners and the upper left is split half way down spine" When I rec'd it back, the left side was split all the way down. "Jack" graded the picture sleeve as VG+ also. E-Bay sided with the buyer because I did not respond as I was on vacation and not signing on to E-Bay when the messages began and ended.There may have been a little buyer's remorse. So, to continue, Vinyl is VG+ - pic sleeve is VG+. see Photos. I cannot offer this as a second chance because of the changes, as that would not be fair to those bidders, whose bids were arrived at with different information.will ship USPS PRIORITY $13.60 BUYER PAYS
