Excellent back-up version! For the price, this would be a nice player to keep your better copy FRESH! Or, as your introduction to the band, the ridiculously low opening bid is a no-brainer!


If you're missing this masterpiece in your collection, here's a chance to hook a 1st edition copy. Don Doty (the best DA vocalist!) kills is vocally on this Combat masterpiece! Don would leave after this album and Dark Angel went south from there when Ron Rinehart took over at the mic. In my opinion, THIS is the essential Dark Angel recording, one of the most brutal thrash metal records ever and one of the most important Combat releases of all time. Gene Hoglan is a drumming legend and this album proves it. According to Gene, most of the drum tracks on this album were done in one take with no punch-ins! BEAST MODE!
A must have for fans of Slayer, Hallow's Eve, Sacrifice, Viking, Vio-lence, Exodus, Sodom, Celtic Frost, Kreator, etc.

Please pay special attention to the photos on this one as the jacket has water damage.

Jacket - G+    Jacket has water damage on lower 2 1/2" and has de-finished section on front. Backside is not de-finished and MUCH better than the front. Spine is nice. Seams are tight with no splits. No tape or glue present. Without the water damage, this would be a VG++  SEE PICTURES.  

Inner Sleeve/lyric sheet - VG+    Would be NM without water stain. =(  Seams are tight. No tape or glue present.  SEE PICTURES.

Record - VG+    Side 1 - Beautiful luster. Very slight sleeve scuffing, hardly noticeable and not effecting play. Track 1 has some static during the lead in fade intro but not a deal breaker for sure. Label is bright in color.
                            Side 2 - Beautiful luster. Very slight sleeve scuffing, hardly noticeable and not effecting play. Track 1 has some static during lead in but much less than side 1. Label is bright in color.  Hell, call me and I'll hold my phone to the record so you can hear it if you want, lol!!!
Center hole features no distortion.
