Description

Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd Solid Blue Labels LP

This is the original first pressing(solid blue triangle) of DSOTM by Pink Floyd in STEREO SHVL 804 A2/B2. Viewed in sunlight/daylight the vinyl still has a shiny mirror like quality with only one or two light scuffs on each side of the vinyl, but under a bare 100W bulb there are more light wispy marks caused by removal from the poly lined inner sleeve. The rare blue tinged gatefold sleeve with the left-hand side sealed(the glue has dried up or someone has opened this hoping to find something) printed and made by Garrod and Lofthouse is in excellent condition, it still has a lovely sheen to it. There is NO writing, tears, etc.

The Matrix numbers are Side 1 - SHVL 804 A2 and Side 2 - SHVL 804 B2

I have just listened to both sides and apart from some minor crackles, the sound is crisp, loud and clear with no distortion, hops, skips or jumps and would rate it 9 out of 10

The correct black inner sleeve is in Excellent condition, there is NO writing, stickers or tape residue, etc.

Both vinyl and outer sleeve held at various angles in sunlight and Strictly Graded using Record Collectors Grading system.
