Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd Solid Blue Labels LP
This is the original first pressing(solid blue triangle) of DSOTM by Pink Floyd in STEREO SHVL 804 A2/B2. Viewed in sunlight/daylight the vinyl still has a shiny mirror like quality with only one or two light scuffs on each side of the vinyl, but under a bare 100W bulb there are more light wispy marks caused by removal from the poly lined inner sleeve. The rare blue tinged gatefold sleeve(the pictures don't seem to pick up this tinge but when you see it in your hands - it's blue alright), with the left-hand side sealed printed and made by Garrod and Lofthouse is in excellent condition with one corner dink and some light impression of the vinyl(Not ring wear) and a small dimple just under the triangle on the front, all very minor as it still has a lovely sheen to it. There is NO writing, tears, etc.
The Matrix numbers are Side 1 - SHVL 804 A2 and Side 2 - SHVL 804 B2
I have just listened to both sides and apart from some very minor crackles, the sound is crisp, loud and clear with no distortion, hops, skips or jumps and would rate it 9 out of 10
The correct black inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition, there is NO writing, stickers or tape residue, etc.
Both vinyl and outer sleeve held at various angles under a bare 100W Bulb and Strictly Graded using Record Collectors Grading system.
