Visual grading : record is EX+ has much lustre, clean labels and has no scuffs, no scratches. On both labels has a small sticker : one is a promo, the other has the precedent owner's name (see pictures)
Playing grading : record plays EX+ with loud and clear sound has only and a few occasional tics
Cover grading : cover is Fair to Good- because, despite of the record excellent visual and acoustic condition above described, has a large tear for removed tape to top and bottom edges both on front and on back. Repaired seam split to right side corners. Also all along the edge on bottom front has an evident loss of cover's paper cm.4 or 2" high. Evident wear to spine and corners and rubbing on front and back, stamp promo on upper side of back What to say more. Even if the cover is only Fair and ugly to see, record is in great condition with an outstanding music and plays EX+ to Near Mint-
