Description
Cover---Earlier alternate cover, which is a portrait, rather than them standing at their instruments. The cover was very quickly switched in 1964, making this version much more scarce. Top and bottom seams are steady strong, no splits anywhere. The spine is just as beautiful, with 100% legibility of the micro-text. Top and bottom corners on the left have minor issues. Top left corner has a slight push-in, and the bottom corner has a little missing slick. Light dirtwear to the front cover, light yellowing to the back cover. NO ringwear, which is highly unusual for a predominantly black and white glossy cover.
Hype Sticker---states Includes “Bits and Pieces.” Sticker has browned over time, but is firmly affixed to the cover, all corners still razor-sharp.
Labels---Both labels are pretty clean, with a little dirtwear. Light spindle marks on both sides are barely perceptible, and under only the right light sources.
Inner Sleeve---Epic’s early 1960’s yellow inner sleeve is present and in really good condition.
Vinyl---Solid and strong VG. That doesn’t mean trashed or gouged. It means that both sides of the platter have a lot of very light scratches, most of which don’t sound, once the music starts. There is plenty of shine and gloss left! I have sharpened the photos as much as possible to overstate the condition. Plates are 1A/ 1D.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl. However, I am happy to by request. As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.
