Description
Available this time is a sealed copy of Bug by Dave Davies on vinyl. This is a limited-edition double album that has been released for RSD July 2021 drop. If Dave Davies did nothing more than create the slash-and-burn power chords of the Kinks' You Really Got Me he'd earn a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As it is, the younger Davies brother has accomplished much more. His first studio album in over 20 years finds Ray's frequently overshadowed sibling reviving that rather charming '70s device, the concept album. The plot here revolving around extraterrestrial visitation and brain implantation. Davies brings the idea of benign aliens a little closer in a collection that recalls some of the best trends of the '60s and '70s. The songs are engaging and show Davies to be a writer of considerable skill and wit. Pressed on 2x 180g pink & yellow vinyl. Only 1500 copies have been made. All four corners of the sleeve have been very lightly bumped. An excellent addition to any Dave Davies collection. Photos are of the actual item
Grading is by visual inspection only. I never rate anything as mint, that is just the way I look at things as there might be a slight imperfect I cannot see. Near mint is the highest I grade. I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the sleeve or seam splits. Inner sleeve seam splits are not considered defective unfortunately. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If you would like the record taken out of the sleeve, please let me know and I will ship it that way for you. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened.

The shipping company I use to ship is a bit of a drive and are closed on weekends. That means I will be shipping usually twice a week. Most weeks it will be on Monday and Thursday.
Shipping within Canada varies between $13 - $30 depending on the province and location.
Shipping to the US is $9 and that includes tracking by media mail.
Shipping to the UK, France & Germany is $33 with tracking.

Please be aware that shipping outside of North America right now can take months instead of weeks due to Covid protocols. French & Spanish customs are taking the longest right now.
