Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)

VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out.
Dave Matthews Band Before These Crowded Streets 1st US Pressing *ULTRA RARE*
Record: This thing overall sounds AMAZING!!! But there are a few minor issues noted below. Also please take a look at the photos and zoom in.

Side A: VG+ - Some minor marks that should come up with a better cleaning, they are almost sap-like marks, but appear to be something that can come up. I got a few up but not all so far. There are also a few scratches that I tried to take photos of which are not deep but they are there and are about an 1" long each and there are about 10-12x of them, so take a deep look at the photos for this side especially. It played very well except where these marks were at. I couldn't believe the high quality of sound this record produced as a whole and its punch and clear full spectrum.
Side B: Solid VG++ (Almost NM-) -  if not better, looks close to Near Mint but there are just a few superficial marks. The very edge of the record has one of those sap-like things but its on the very outside of the record even at the edge of that deadwax and where it starts. It will not affect play in anyway, I just need to mention everything as this record is a very expensive and rare one.
Side C: Solid VG++ (Almost NM-) -  if not better, looks close to Near Mint but there are just a few super light superficial/feelable marks. This should play VERY well! Side D: VG++ - Has a few sap-like marks and minor marks, but overall is VERY clean. This should play very well except for the sap marks which might cause a couple of ticks until they are removed with cleaning. The very edge of the record has one of those sap-like things but its on the very outside of the record even at the edge of that deadwax and where it starts. It will not affect play in anyway, I just need to mention everything as this record is a very expensive and rare one.
Jacket: VG++ - Has shrinkwrap over cover so it should be like new under it. The corners are not crisp they has slight wear which keeps this at a VG++, but its very close to NM-.
Insert: Yes (original)
NOTES: "STERLING" stamp in deadwax. 1st US Pressing which is ULTRA RARE!!!!!!!!!!
