Title: Dave Matthews Band - Before These Crowded Streets 
Label:  RCA 07863 67660-1
LP Condition:  LP 1 has some light surface marks both sides that don’t effect play (still plays perfectly).  LP 2 is in EX excellent condition.  
***DISCLAIMER*** - Sold this once before a few months ago, and the buyer was not happy.  He complained about a "musty smell" and said his needle skipped all over the first track.  So he sent it back.   First, I smelled it, and honestly it smells like any record that's 20 years old.  Does it smell like a brand new record fresh out of the shrink wrap? No.  Does it smell offensive? I don't think so. Then on to the playability.  I have a Technics 1200 with an Ortofon needle for my home set up, and when I put the needle on it played perfectly throughout the first track and through the rest of the two records.  My personal theory is that he was playing it on a turntable that was not tracking correctly.  Anyway, I'm including a sound clip i made of the track he said was skipping for him.   Feel free to hit me up with any questions.  I don't relist things often, but I think somebody will be happy with this copy.  
Cover Condition:  Strong VG+ bordering on Excellent condition.  Just has a few tiny dings around the edges.  Inner sleeves have a few very small nicks and tears from storage but nothing big.
