I am the original owner of this LP from my private collection. To the best of my knowledge, this record has been played twice: once (new) to record to cassette, and again recently to record to my Mac. 
The vinyl was EX due to a few light paper scuffs on both sides which were inaudible.  The vinyl has very low surface noise!  A nice copy and a great listening experience. 
The cover is EX with faint ring wear on the front and back as shown in the photos. 
The record will be carefully packed and shipped to you in a new MoFi rice paper inner sleeve. Play-grading is the only way for you to be sure that what you buy actually plays well; I invite you to check my feedback.
