David BOWIE "Pin-Ups" Picture Disc * Special Limited Edition * Certificate #10918 * Vinyl Record LP Album * RCA London * 33 RPM

We offer David Bowie's Special Limited Edition numbered picture disc, "Pin-Ups," produced in 1984 by RCA Records Ltd. in London, England.  Includes Certificate Numbered 10918.  (The album was originally released in 1973 by RCA on plain black vinyl).  

The back cover has thumbnail photos of all five Bowie albums on picture disc:  Aladdin Sane, Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust, Pin-Ups, and Diamond Dogs.

Record condition:  NM -- We listened to both sides and do not hear any surface noise or skips.  Sounds excellent.  Visually the surface is very glossy and does not display any scratches or scuffs.

Cover rating:  VG -- I'd rate it VG+ except that it has a price sticker, minor ring wear, and a couple of minor water marks.  But the sleeve has no creases, seam splits, handwriting or tape.  Please enlarge our Photos to fully appreciate the condition.

I'm not an expert on grading records.  The judgments above are based on the Goldmine Grading Guide.  Following other guides may result in different ratings, but the point is, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns with no questions asked.

SHIPPING COSTS:  On items sold for over $250, Paypal requires signature delivery confirmation ($2.70), which would also be included in the calculated shipping cost.

Shipping cost in the eBay calculator is an ESTIMATE ONLY because of fee variations, final weight and package measurements, destination, carrier, shipping option, and insurance fee (based on item cost).  We will email a personalized invoice with accurate shipping costs shortly after the auction/sale ends, through the eBay message system. 

SHIPPING METHODS: Please keep in mind that the use of Flat Rate Priority is contingent upon the item (plus sufficient packing materials) fitting into the smaller Flat Rate boxes ("If it fits, it ships.")  Flat Rate Priority is usually only less expensive when shipping a very heavy item a very long distance. 

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail because shipping containers are free and Insurance is now included by USPS  ... but only up to the first $50 of purchase price ... the eBay calculator will not adjust insurance (handling) fees for higher purchase prices ... nor will it adjust handling fees for including insurance on shipping options other than Priority.  Please DO NOT use eBay Checkout for either of those instances ... wait for our personalized invoice which you will receive shortly after close of the listing.

We'll be happy to accomodate your request for First Class, Media or Standard shipping, IF we have an appropriate-sized non-Priority (re-cycled) box -- but please keep in mind that USPS only includes Insurance on Priority shipping, so for other shipping options, our handling charge must be revised to include insurance on breakable items or those costing over $100.  eBay's Shipping Calculator does not allow us to enter separate handling (insurance) charges for Priority vs. other Options, so the actual shipping costs must be obtained by emailing us with your zip code and shipping preference.  Please try to email us for the cost at least 48 hours before the auction closing time to be sure we have an appropriate-sized re-cycled box.  (Insurance, if needed, will cost $1.95 for the first $50, and upwards as needed.)

First Class Mail can be used only if the package weighs less than 13 ounces.

Standard (Parcel Post) shipping is sometimes cost effective on heavy or oversized packages, but we caution that if your package is traveling to the Mid-West or West Coast, shipping time can sometimes be 2-3 weeks longer than the 7-10 days the USPS may estimate. 

Media Mail can be used for certain printed material, music, or movies (see USPS rules) -- but actual delivery time can be 1-2 weeks longer than the delivery time estimated on the USPS website. 

Items will be packaged for Priority shipping unless an alternate method is stated in the listing and/or is requested immediately upon sale closing.

UPS is sometimes preferable for shipping extra fragile, large, or heavy items, especially to far destinations like the West Coast & beyond.  We'll always offer the Buyer the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method available.  We do not include a UPS price in the calculator because we find it to be inaccurate most of the time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  We ask International Buyers to email us with your country & zip code, for a quote on shipping costs.  We'll email back as soon as possible, but please allow for delays due to global time differences.  We use only the International Priority shipping option, because tracking and insurance are not available on 1st Class International option.  We require a Certificate of Mailing as proof of mailing.

COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS: We'll be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases, to save Buyer shipping costs, provided we can find an appropriate-sized box, and we feel that the items can be safely packaged together without damaging one another in transit.  If you are bidding on a second item, please notify us immediately after the first listing closes, so that we can hold off packing your purchase until the second listing ends, then notify you of the combined shipping cost on one invoice shortly thereafter. (We ask that you place at least one "good-faith" minimum bid on the second item if requesting multiple-item shipping.)
