        Here we have the Canada RCA  'Blue Label' "Heroes" from 1977:

This 'RARE'  Canadian blue label release is the French version of the song and was available in the French (Quebec) region of Canada

I have always removed all my 45 records from the picture sleeve and housed the sleeve in protector poly sleeves and the vinyl in its own VRP protector sleeve to avoid damage to the picture sleeve and of course to protect the vinyl as well. (Please see pics)

I would rate the company sleeve at least G+, some ring wear and creases and flaws, small writing in pencil along one edge of sleeve

I would rate the labels at least EXC, bright BLUE and unmarked !!! 

The vinyl is scratch free and also EXC

This 45 absolutely makes a great addition to any Bowie collection

This 45 has been well cared for and stored out of UV light.
