I have always removed all my 45 records from the picture sleeve and housed the sleeve in protector poly sleeves and the vinyl in its own VRP protector sleeve to avoid damage to the picture sleeve and of course to protect the vinyl as well. (Please see pics)

The picture insert-lyric sleeve is Mint

The RCA red bag is also Mint, unmarked

The vinyl & labels are Mint, not a scratch on this record, the labels are mark free and bright orange and the 45 looks un-played - minty!
