25th studio album by the English art rock recording artist. Released just two days prior to his death, David Bowie's final album reached #1 on the UK Albums Chart and features the singles 'Blackstar' and 'Lazarus'.

This is so poignant and haunting, especially in light of the knowledge that he created this very likely realising it would be his last. The lyrics adopt a very different interpretation, and additional poignancy when you consider this. It's difficult to keep the tears at bay at points when listening to this.

David Bowie was one of the greatest performance artists the UK has ever produced - a monumental talent, the likes of whom we're unlikely to see again.

The gatefold sleeve on this album is a beautiful piece of design. Every time I look at it I notice another detail, previously unseen. Thank you David - you definitely saved the best til last
