David Bowie - The Buddha of Suburbia OST Not On Label - DB1508220 2017 European Private Pressing on Red/Pink Clear Vinyl
This listing is for a private pressing of the previously out of print and extremely hard to find soundtrack to the BBC series The Buddha of Suburbia. All music composed and performed by Bowie along with a guest appearance by Lenny Kravitz on guitar. A rare opportunity for Bowie fans to add this to their vinyl collection and for me the title track is a real gem one of the best tracks at least from this era of his career.
Due to Bowie falling out with the BBC over the deal and no record label interested in promoting the record it pretty much vanished without a trace. Strangely the only country to release the album on vinyl was Brazil, but good luck in finding one of those and if you do will be at least £200.

All of my records are play tested on a Project Debut Carbon with 2M Red stylus which is quite revealing so any sound defects may be more exaggerated than on other more mainstream players. Or conversely if you are a full on audiophile I will let you judge how your set up compares and how you envisage the sound will compare.
I don't currently have access to a cleaning machine so please forgive any dust or finger marks which are on any of my records - hopefully will be investing in one at some point.
Record Appearance - M New stock not sealed from supplier, in perfect condition and a very high quality private pressing.
Record Audio - M No surface noise and really wonderful sound quality. Only pressed in limited numbers so maintains the highest quality audio from the original recording.
Record Sleeve - M Mainstream quality sleeve and is in as new condition, not sealed from the supplier.
