An interesting item this! I fully believe it is an official item although I cannot find it on Discogs (the Argentinian cassette of the same year is listed).

 

I will be listing a significant Bowie album collection with pretty much everything covered in the 70’s catalogue, dress cover - Station proofs etc. etc. Please contact me if you have an item of interest from this period, I can list around requests. I will be willing to end the auction if a sensible offer is received.

 

Pre-sale viewing is welcome. The LP looks and feels very good in-hand. Age related wear and tear is minimal. There is no sellotape, tears or biro on the front or rear cover. FRONT COVER: The matt textured finish exhibits good colours. Any edge damage is minimal. The glue flap is undisturbed. REAR COVER: There is very slight feinting and no yellowing from age related storage. INNER SLEEVE: The inner sleeve is non-original although the protective type. VINYL: I stress I no longer own a turntable and cannot guarantee playback (from memory the vinyl played well). I can guarantee you an honest visual appraisal and a full refund if not entirely satisfied, please don't shoot me if it does not meet your expectations. I am being totally honest!!! The vinyl looks relatively clean although it probably could do with a 'water-clean' (I do not tamper with items before listing). At 12” face level there is what appears to be pressing plant vinyl discolouring. At 6” under light and manipulating viewing angles it is a struggle to see any scratches.
