Anniversary Edition in Tri-fold cover 180g on Platinum and Orange Swirl Vinyl
NOTE:  It's very hard to see in the picture, but it looks like there is a small split seam on the top edge in the center arm of the tri-fold.  The top left corner (and top right corner on the back) is mushed a slight bit.  (It's almost like they wrapped it in plastic too tight.)  See pics!
