Description
Here’s a seemingly undocumented 1986 radio show transcription LP for a program called “Reelin’ & A Rockin’.” It includes a very rare interview with Bowie on the making of Labyrinth, including bits of otherwise unreleased outtakes from the Labyrinth soundtrack’s recording session. I’ve included a clip of the Bowie interview in the audio linked below. In addition to the Bowie segment, there are segments on John Waite (who co-hosts the show), Peter Gabriel, Mick Jagger and Thompson twins, all of whom had also contributed to soundtracks that year. Includes the original cover and cue sheets. The LP is in excellent condition with a very slight storage warp that does not affect play. The audio linked below comes straight from this disc:
