Description
Nice copy of this Bowie album. Released on RCA, to my knowledge this is the first pressing, catalogue number BOW LP 1, P L 13254 (AQL1 3254). The sleeve is in what I would conservatively describe as excellent- condition. A couple of slight bumps to the corners, a line down the opening at front and back which may just be a feature of this pressing and some creasing to the spine as expected with a gatefold, the interior of the gatefold is excellent very little wear. The generic white inner is ok, there is folds/wear but no splits. The lyric insert is very good a few light creases. As for the record, I have play tested this and it is excellent, it plays through fine on my project record player . The labels are also excellent only very light wear. Visually the black playing part of the record is excellent, there is the very occasional surface scratch but other than that just tiny whispy scratches. The run out groove on side 1, has BOW LP 1, (PL 13254)-A-1 + Sterling + A1 E etched on it. On Side 2 there is BOW LP 1, (PL 13254 B-1),Than none at all.., A1A, + Sterling etched on it. UK bidders any LP under 20.00 will be sent 2nd Class. I will send it 2nd class signed for any item between £20.00 and £50.00 so that there is cover. If any LP makes more than £50.00 it will be sent special delivery. There is no additional charge for postage it is included in the price for UK bidders. The packaging will be robust having bought records myself on eBay I am well aware of the damage that can be done due to flimsy packaging.
