Up for sale here is an Original/Authentic David Bowie Man Of Words/Man Of Music 1969 Gatefold US LP.!!. Condition of the disc is EX and the cover VG+. This is the real authentic and rare first press that does not have the little dot symbol at the end of every boxed Mercury logo. And the manufactured and distributed by mercury text on both sides, as I understand there many counterfeits of this album but this is the real deal, and you can also tell it’s authentic as the mat looking design and finish detail to the labels on both sides, counterfeits tend to have a very shiny and soft like finish to them. Matrix numbers are Side 1: SR 61246-A- M2 Side 2: SR 61246-B-M1, the disc itself is beautiful, only slight little hairline removal marks are present on both sides, plays and sounds great. The cover has a little wear mostly present on the edges and spine, still readable and legible, the gatefold looks fantastic and so does the front and the back cover, believe me, I’ve seen a lot worse, this totally acceptable of a VG to VG+ standard. You will not be disappointed by this copy, incredible and hard to find authentic. It needs a new home, any questions please ask, good luck.!!
