David Bowie & Mick Jagger "DANCING IN THE STREET"
Matrix A: EA 204 A-5-1- Matrix B: EA 204 B-2-1-
b/w: "DANCING IN THE STREET" (Saxophone Version)
Release Year: 1985
Sent to me 37 years ago and put into storage without play. EMI wrote the artists and title of this test pressing on the A-side in hand written black ink. The B-side has no writing on the label as is seen in the photo.
The words, 'FOR TEST PURPOSES ONLY - NOT FOR AIRPLAY' appear on both sides together with the EMI logo.
It comes in its original test pressing hard card sleeve which, as with many test pressings, shows an info grid to the right side of the sleeve. Inner standard clear polythene fitted sleeve which often accompanied hard card test pressing sleeves is in perfect condition.
Extremely rare and in the kind of condition any collector would be well happy with.
