David Bowie PinUps RCA UK 1LP White Label Test Pressing RS1003 (1973) Very Rare
I obtained this very rare white label RCA test pressing of the PinUps album a number of years ago. Upon receipt I placed it in a high quality click seal plastic sleeve and stored it upright.
Condition of the vinyl: Excellent+ (visual inspection). The vinyl is in excellent condition. There are no major flaws. There are some slight hairlines. The labels are immaculate, glossy, with no spindle marks. The original poly lined sleeve that houses the vinyl album is made in England.
Condition of the sleeve. Good+/Very Good-. I would not rate the album sleeve that highly as it looks okay from a distance but on closer inspection it is plagued by age spots. It is an original matt 1973 RCA UK sleeve. There are no seam splits and the spine titles are crisp and clean. There is a crease on the top right corner of the front of the sleeve not far from Bowie's head. You need to hold the sleeve at the right angle to spot that crease. There are some small creases on the bottom section of the back of the sleeve. The major issue is the age spots which I have captured in one of the photographs with this listing. The age spots were present when I bought the album and I never managed to get around to replacing the sleeve with a better copy.
There is no printed insert with this copy.
